Worried new boxer mom.. HELP!

Hi, I'm new to this forum & I just brought home my 8 week old brindle baby boy a little while ago.. Idk if I'm just being nervous but on the way home (about a half an hour drive) he threw up twice. Twice more when we stopped at Petco & once more when we got home and I took him outside. Other than him throwing up, he's acting like a normal puppy would. Any ideas on why he keeps throwing up & how to get it to stop?

The breeder told me a little pepto wouldn't hurt. Is this true for an 8 week old puppy?

Agree, carsick most likely... Um, pepto....1cc per 10 lbs. any idea how much your pup weighs?

Meh, after some thought, at 8 weeks, shouldn't be much more that 10 lbs anyway. So use a 1|4 teaspoon measure and give that no more than 1x every 6 hours. More could cause constipation.

Hi & Welcome from TX. I was thinking carsick too. I know with mine I prayed they wouldn't be car sick. With Pheona we had a 45 minute car ride but with Murphy we had a 3.5 hour car ride. I don't know what to say with pepto. Good Luck. Post some pictures so we can see.

Not yet, he has an appointment at the vets on Wednesday. I might not need to use the pepto, he seems fine now.

He's more than fine now lol he's a lot more active than I thought he'd be the first night home.
