He looks to be about 5 weeks old to me. Old enough to be off a bottle and fed 4-6 meals per day. Keep doing what you have been doing with moistening the food. He looks nice and solid so he is eating well.

He sure does love his food lol he pushes the bowl around the room when he eats lol and he gets food everywhere the floor and his face is always covered when he is done lol

I agree, he looks about 5 weeks old. We got Pheona at 4 weeks (way to early). We fed her puppy milk replacement for the first week followed by a combination of puppy milk & puppy milk soaked kibble, along with offering her water. I did about 6 feedings a day including some at night time for the first few weeks. I'd cuddle with her a lot as well as keep her wrapped with a blanket to keep her warm as she was so tiny. She was 2 pounds at her first vet visit (she was 6 weeks) she weighed 2 pounds. She was also the runt of the litter. Like I have told the others, I took care of her, I got to hear her first bark, saw the first tail wag. Her & I have a bond like no one would believe.

Well vet said trigger was between 5 1/2 to 6 weeks old and he is alittle over 5lbs. They gave him a dewormer cause he came up positive for round worms poor little guy

They didnt do one yet we werent even expecting them to test for anything at all and he got his first shots today which i also wasnt planning but the dewormer is working he has already pooped out alot

Puppies that young dont get heartworms. You do need to start him on preventive when you vet gives the go ahead. Good luck with the little guy.
