Oh Molly, I am so sorry for your loss and for the emptiness you feel. he is happy he had you and will never truly be gone... you will feel him when you need him,, hugs,, RIP Winston, there are tears for you here...

Aww man! This just stinks! I was really hoping he'd make a recovery. Don't beat yourself up over it. If I remember correctly it was between the meds, surgery and nothing at all correct? He was sick and you gave him the best three years of his life I'm sure and he will forever be grateful! Passing is a part of life's evil cycle. Sorry for you and your families loss.

Molly, I am so sorry. I am crying reading this. Winnie was such a lucky boy and blessed to have had such a wonderful life because you loved him so.

I'm so so sorry to hear this. You gave him a beautiful life filled with more love than he ever imagined. Thank you for rescuing this baby and allowing him to tell you when his time had come.

Oh Winnie.. I was not expecting to read this. I had read his diagnosis but wasn't expecting this. My heart breaks for you!!! I can only imagine how hard this was for you but you gave Winston an AMAZING 3 years. He crossed the bridge knowing what true love was and happiness. Find comfort in that. He'll always be with you in your heart! Saying prayers for you and your family while you deal with this. Winston is watching you from above.

Oh Winnie ~ so sorry Molly, you made the hardest decision a pet parent has to make; it is a desicion made from the love you have for your boy. I was hoping he would have more time with you. Keep your memories close to your heart and know he loved you for taking him in when he was 'thrown away' Just like it took time for him to become a part of your pack it will take time to heal your pain. My condolences to your and your hubby. Winnie you were loved and will be missed. run free and watch over your Momma ~ she misses you
