I lost a piece of my heart today...

I know he isnt a boxer, not even a dog,, my Meeko is my sweet 16 yr old tabby cat, who passed away today.. he has had some health issues and my house will never feel the same... he was six weeks old when we got our baby.. if he was half a pound even he was so tiny,, he would sit beside my sons highchair and finish off what i saved from him of pablum and Formula... he grew to be 16 lbs and was huge.. what ever small pet we brought home was his to love and cuddle and kiss,, his best friends and siblings are all doing dances cause he is home now and free,,,, his Ginger and Fluffy and Muffins and Jazzy and Crash.... he has seen a lot of fur babies leave before him and was my sweet little baby... Daddy will never find his way now that you are gone.. he would lead Dad to kitchen every morning for breakfast yelling hurry up all the way,,,he crawled into my heart and took some away with him... RIP my little Meeko,, Mama will miss you and love you always...

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my cat Peekie about 3 years ago. She was 18. It was one of the hardest things I've been through. They so become such a part of our families. RIP Meeko.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Cats can be just as devoted and loving as a dog. My cat Fritz (yes she was a girl) was my heart animal. I will never have another bond with an animal like I did with her. I lost her when she was 8 years old to cancer.
