Default Aspen's special delivery

Yesterday evening I got a knock on my door and it was a friend of mine who had gone hunting that day and shot a buck. He brought Aspen a giant garbage bag full of leg bones and scraps of meat and trimmings. I had to divide it all up into individual bags before I froze it so I could thaw small amounts at one time. Aspen sat next to her food dish drooling the whole time I was doing this! I don't have enough room in my freezer so I organized to take the deer meat over to a friend's house this morning to put in her deep freeze. I put all the bags of meat into a big tupperware container to store in my vehicle overnight (it's well below freezing here!). Aspen saw me put the meat in the tupperware and then take it outside. She spent the next two hours crying at the front door. I took her outside several times and she searched and searched throughout the front yard for her prize but she couldn't find it! I eventually had to take her upstairs to my room and close the door to keep her from crying and pawing at the front door! This dog loves her meat!!

WOW! Are you ever lucky. I sure wish I were a neighbor of yours! Then again, I've always longed to live in Canada - or at least have a second home there. By the way, your Boxer girl is gorgeous!!!!!
