Default Turkey Necks... Yes or No?

I'm very torn on if I want to try turkey necks. Logan and Abby are both pretty thorough chewers, but I'm still very nervous about them. Do you feed them? Ever have a problem with them?

Well I ended up posting this on another forum and got positive feedback on them so I'm giving them a try. I'll be monitoring closely so hopefully all will go well!

I love turkey necks They are great for cleaning teeth and adding bone to a meal. I routinely feed them frozen so they last a bit longer.

I love feeding my guys turkey necks too.. Mainly frozen in summer winter i defrost at least half way but no matter they have to chew them if they tend to be bigger hold it for them to chew the big end!!

I to WISH i could get turkey & chicken for those prices here..

I Cant complain to much as i have a few coworkers giving me a big garbage bag of freezer burnt mixed meats next week also one guy is giving me some liver from his hunting!!

Thanks, I'm feeling much better about them now. I can't wait to get my first order. The freezer should be in next week and the real fun begins! LOL

I have never seen Turkey necks with skin, they always come skinless when I order them.

My dogs love Turkey necks. The Shih Tzu gets the smaller end and Baron chomps down the rest.At 5 the vet is amazed who white her teeth still are.

Yeah, vet said the same thing about Valant`s 11 yrs old teeth too

Of course,he has only been eating them for a couple years,so some are still in bad shape, but surely not my fault, cant put a tooth brush in his mouth hrhrhr
