Now that's a lot of raw!!!

Had the monthly pick up for my coop yesterday, actually the woman running it asked if I could do the pickup again for the NYC group so I agreed. Most vehicles would have not been able to fit my order, let alone 10 others. Because of the holidays we had to order for 2 months- well….I ordered for like 3 1/2 LOL. I wound up with 410lbs. of meat!!!!!

So thank God I have the suburban. Between me and the rest of the groups large orders I had to have had 1000lbs of meat in the back, mainly because of my crazy I don't want to order light mathamaticianoskian skills...

You should have seen the girls in the front seat with me looking back at the entire back of the truck loaded to the gills with every type of raw meat imaginable

Thank God for my volunteer firehouse freezer, My chest freezer, fridge freezer and my vollie house double freezer are all stuffed with the stuff!! Come the 4th my foodsaver with like 60 feet of bags will be here and I can get to butchering it all and portioning, vacuum sealing and putting it back in my freezers at home- I'm buying a second stand alone freezer with 21 cubic feet. so between the fridge freezer, the 7 cubic footer and the new one I get I should be good to go LMFAO!!!

Here's what I got for the girls:

Ruby dreaming as she stared at the beef short ribs that I had placed on the floor in front of her

AND Bella looking at me in the freezer room like just where in the hell did you think you were gonna fit all this dad?(but I love you for getting it all for us)

LOL.. When I first saw that first pick my initial thought was "Holy S......!"

That is a lot of raw! The girls will be very well fed for a while huh?!

LOL When I did the pick up upstate for the group I thought the same. They had the whole order broken down by name. Everyone elses was at the most 6 boxes. THEN Barb says Jimmy yours are over there- 16 BOXES!!!

I thought WTH did I do?!?! LOL

Well I know they won't be complaining HAHAHA..
