Thank you. He's not only my first boxer but my first dog!! I've always been a cat person. I just want to make sure I'm doing the best for him and I just don't trust commercial dog foods despite what the vets say.

Just make sure you do tons of research on feeding raw. I do believe it's the best diet for them when it's done right, but it's definitely not something to just jump into. I'm not at all trying to scare you, but it is possible to do it wrong (by not feeding enough variety or organ meats for example). It sounds like you're well on your way and that you are researching it, just wanted to say that to be safe.
