My dad went into take Rocky (two months) into the bet because you could tell he was sick and has really watery poop. And comes up being he has a Bacterial infection, the vet asks what he does and they narrowed it down to probably from him eating his own poop so much when he was younger. Then my dad quickly throws out that Silvia eats raw and some how the vet flips it on that being the cause of rocky being sick. Which is stupid because why is Silvia so healthy and she actually eats it, not jut licking a empty bowl. Then she goes on how to highly recommends to stop feeding her how she is being feed and go to kibble blah blah blah. Why are they so narrow minded? I'm sure if I bought her in and they saw her they would give praise for how healthy she is, then the minute you say she eats raw it will all change.

Ughh dont get me started.
Maybe if Rocky was also raw fed, his immune system would be strong enough to fight off that bacterial infection all by itself! Funny how they blame the healthy raw fed dog for causing the kibble fed dog to become sick. Vets stick to what they have been taught. Which honestly doesnt cover a whole lot of nutrition. Some people, like myself are fortunate to find a vet that is a little more open. If you can find a holistic vet then you wont have any issues regarding raw.

I have found a vet who welcomes RAW.. however she told me herself that she has seen to many positive changes in patience to argue it anymore. Vets (most not all) don't even study much in terms of food and nutrition. I know I take many courses for Veterinary science and NONE of them dissect the issue enough .. they barely look at food and nutrition at all!
My sister in law has worked in a Vet clinic for many years (close to 20) We had a HUGE debate over RAW verses kibble... here is what she said to me.. and I will never forget!! "there is nothing wrong with corn in kibble... its still a source of PROTEIN it just depends on how it is processed" at this point my husband squeezed my leg enough to tell me to let it go lol... I kindly looked at her and said. I rest my case LMAO...

I'm sure the monte you say you will take your money else where the shit up, I find it annoying that I need to get lectured everytime and they try to tell me I'm killing m dog when I had planned meals with vitamins and so on. Like I put work into her don't tell me I'm killing my dog

Breezygirl, you might want to edit your post as what you are mentioning is very illegal and that vet can lose his license for allowing that practice in a clinic that he owns.
