They look very tasty, the combo's sound good and the eggwhite wash looks sooo good

I bought Cortlands this year I really like Macintosh but the local store didn't have them and I was too tired after work to drive across town for apples so Cortlands it is!!!

I make a kickass peach cream pie with lattice crust that I would package up and mail in exchange for some of these gourmet apple pies I am reading about!
