Items Needed...
3 Containers of Grand Rolls (I like the buttertastin ones) 1 Cup White Sugar 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Water 1/2 and 1/8 Cup butter +/- 3 TBSP Ground Cinnamon Step 1 - Pre heat oven to 350' F. Step 2 - Spray a cassarole size pan with Pam or other types of non stick... Step 3 - In a medium mixing bowl add 1/2 cup white sugar and +/- 2 TBSP of ground cinnamon. Mix items together well. Step 4 - Cut Grand roles into 4 pieces. Then toss about 10-12 pieces into the sugar mixture, once coated place them into the pan. Do this untill all rolls are coated and in the pan. If extra mixture add it to the topping in the following steps. Step 5 - In a medium size pot, add the butter, water, brown sugar, remaining white sugar, remaining ground cinnamon. Place pot on stove over medium heat. Then continue to wisk or stir till the butter melts and mixtures starts to thicken just a little. Step 6 - Pour pot over the top of the grand rolls evenly as possible. Step 7 - Carefully place the pan in the oven, at medium shelf height. I add a cookie sheet to the bottom shelf incase anything falls over the side of the pan. Step 8 - After about 25-30minutes or when rolls are golden brown or you make sure rolls in the middle are firm, remove from the oven. Step 9 - Turn off the oven... (Safety) Step 10 - With a second pan you will carefully flip the original pan into the second pan. Step 11 - Eat.... Step 12 - After falling a sleep, do the dishes. |

I will have to try this. I usually just buy the boxed can and bake. This doesn't sound too hard though. Thanks!

I use frozen bread loafs for this. I let them rise then tear off small pieces and roll them into small little balls. I also pour a little of the melted chocolate mixture into the top of the pan before adding the little balls int o the pan.
