Thank you all that offered helpful advice. Turns out she is not too bad on the leash after all. So that's a good thing.
A canine behaviorist is coming out on Monday to evaluate her and let me know what type of home (dog-wise)she would likely do best in. She is a really nice dog and she deserves a great home.

Welcome to the forums. Sorry I don't have any advice on leash pulling. She is lucky to have found a good forever home
