Default Neck and ear chewing during play

Hi I wanted to ask the crew what to do in this situation: my boxer loves to play with other dogs, but some other dogs chew her neck and ears during play. This has resulted in a 2 week swollen neck for my boxer when she stayed with one of them while we were out one day.

My dog Lily does not help the problem because she is constantly licking the mouths of these dogs, they then put her neck in their mouth or chew her ears.

I can't keep telling the other dog off because that is not my dog and may appear rude, and when I call my dog off - she just goes back to the neck-chewer and starts licking their mouth again - she just wont leave them alone.

The other dogs are huskies, Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Vislas and they have very sharp teeth. I don't want my Lily to get her ear ripped or have problems with her neck. What do you suggest so I keep my friendship with the other dog owners but can diplomatically stop the neck and ear chewing please.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I don't want my dog to suffer long term damage to her neck if that is possible.

Has anyone else had this situation?

thank you.

I don't know how to avoid it. You might try to spray Bitter Apple on an old collar she'd only use in those circumstances.

Often I have to take the collar off my male because the female uses it to pull him down. That's in a fenced yard.
