Default Any Referrals for A Dog Trainer in Los Angeles, CA

Hello again everybody. To start of thank you all for the advice available on this amazing forum.

My dog Cleo is about 8 months old and never had formal training. I trained him myself and he is pretty good about it, sits, lies, shakes and heels. In my front yard he can hang out of leash and not run away, wonder or even chase strangers but at the park, hiking trails or anywhere else where there is a lot of people or other dogs he will not listen to me. All he wants to do is play with the other dogs and a lot of times people and their dogs dont want to play, they are already doing there own thing.

To make a long story, short, Cleo is not a bad dog, but I think we could benefit from a proffesional.

Can anyone refer me to a trainer that they have had success with?

Points of attack are no jumping on people, no tugging, and the COME command.

Just curious…what does a trainer cost and what do you get (training) for your money?
