When I set up my account in Aug when we first got Nico I clicked the keep me logged in box. So I haven't had to put in my password since day one.

I finally got a iphone and found the app on there but I can't log in cause I don't know my password. And I can't change it cause I can't remember my password. I have tried everything I have ever used not sure where I'm going wrong.

I emailed the contact us link twice looking to find out how I can change my password or find out what it is so I can log on from my phone. Yet no one has contacted me back to help me. I'm not on the home computer much so I haven't been on since I can't get on my phone.

Can someone please lead me in the right direction on getting this issue resolved! Please and Thank You!

I will look into this for you. I believe the right person to contact is the administrator but I will check. Technology: I love it and hate it!

Once you get your password again, email it to yourself on your computer. Create a folder called User Names and Passwords on your email account and move it to that folder. Be sure to label the email with the site name. I finally did this with all my user accounts b/c I had the same problem once. That way, when I forget one of them, I can just look it up in that folder.

Same here. I have emailed several times about the picture posting problem but have not received anything from anyone regarding my problem.

Ok this weird now that I'm online with my phone.. The web won't take the new password. It logged me out since I changed the password on my phone but now won't let me log onto site with my computer. Can I not use both? Today was the first day I tried going on computer since I changed pw.
