According to my research and my vet, the only cancer white boxers are more prone to is skin cancer and if you consistently use sunscreen on them, it shouldn't be an issue whatsoever!!! Frankie is quite the cutie!!! Love that 2nd to last pic. Reminds me of my Horatio.

Thanks everyone! We are excited - great to find a group of people as crazy about boxers as we are!

Frankie is just lovely - but a bit of a madam! I didn't realise how clever and cheeky boxers are till we got her (we have wanted one since we meet over 6 years ago). She is so determined to get what she wants and can be very bossy! Dad is an easy target, she can manipulate he to do what ever she wants! But she is still overall very well behaved for a 7 month old - I was surprised we have hit no behavioural issues.

Thanks for the advice regarding cancer/skin. We need to be a little more vigilant with the sun protection I think. The vet says that it is around her eyes which is the biggest issue which there is really nothing we can do sunscreen wise - just try and keep her out of the sun. She is always having a sneaky lay in the sun though naughty girl
