I'm so happy to announce.......

The arrival of my new five month old sweet boy we named Romeo! We got Romeo(formerly Durango) from a breeder who could not use him as a stud dog when he was old enough because he came down with Red mange. He was shipped from Colorado and they suspect he must have been stressed from the trip. He's had it for a month and is currently being treated with ivermectin orally once a day. His hair has started to grow back on his feet, sides and even his face where he's had the most loss. I love him no matter what he looks like and I know that with continued treatment he will be good as new.. I am aware by reading threads here about mange that its important to keep him stress free as possible so that there is no repeat episode. Boxers are amazing and he is so smart.. I'd like to share a couple pics one when he was 9 weeks old and now. He currently weighs 40 lbs and I'm told he is going to be a big boy. Enjoy

Thank you guys! Romeo has stole my heart! I love that wiggle butt and smooshie face lol.... I will keep everyone up on his progress and will be sending more pics. This is a great forum and am so thankful for it!!
