Hello from Alabama

This is pretty much the same intro I just posted on boxerworld. Sorry for not being more original here. My name is Melissa and I live in Alabama with my husband, my 13 year old son, and two goofy boxers named Zeke and Lucy. I have been on and off boxer forums in the past so if anyone remembers me it would probably be by my previous boxers, Bossk and Lucas. Bossk passed away from cancer at 8 years old and Lucas lived to be 12. He had a tumor in his throat but congestive heart failure is what took him.

We took in Lucy last year, right after Lucas's death. She was in a shelter and we fostered her so the rescue group could get her out. She had red mange and was terribly skinny. We decided to keep her because she and Zeke got along so well together. Today her fur is beautiful and she is healthy. Zeke is now six and we guess Lucy is two or three. They really love to play together and of course get into alot of trouble. Lucy's main vice is digging massive fox holes in the yard and Zeke's is eating poo. He isn't as bad as he used to be, but it is still his guilty pleasure.
Zeke outweighs Lucy by about thirty pounds but she is still the boss (of all of us!)
