Yes Roady is a big girl. The last time we had her at the vet she was 90lbs. She always has been a big girl even as a puppy. To answer the question about the pups in the crate. The lady who was giving them away had just stepped away for a potty break. We drove up the driveway and asked if it was ok to just take her. In doing so we learned why she was just giving away the litter. It turns out that Roady's mother had gotten out while in heat. The lady was a breeder of Labs she couldn't guarantee her pedergree so she let the litter go for free. Everyone that sees her says that she is all Lab. I have to agree. I love both my girls. We treat them both like they are our children. My 6 year old son tells everyone that he has two sisters. I have been looking through photos that we have saved on an external harddrive for a set of photos of Roady playing in the toilet when she was a puppy. I just can't find them. I am hoping that they are not still on my laptop that my son just spilled water on. Anyhow thanks for the comments.

welcome Ithaca ny here with a brand new boxer puppy named Fred he is just 11 weeks old. We had a previous boxer live to be 12 so dont be worried about their age yet enjoy all the time you have with them. Ours loved vanilla icecream at the ice cream store every now and then
