Welcome to the forum! Definitely crate train and enroll in puppy kindergarten for socialization and training help. Replace inappropriate chewing with an appropriate toy, as mentioned above. Boxers tend to be a mouthy, jumpy breed. Hang on for the ride ahead!

I'm not a fan of cropping ears, so I won't give any advice on that.

You want to say "NO Bight" and you could flick him on the nose. After him responding I'd say good boy once he listens

Another question I forgot to put previously is that I know they are going to chew a lot so I have a couple things for him to chew on. Since I will be mainly clicker train him (pos. reinforcement) is it bad to flick him on the nose if he chews on something other than what he is supposed to?

Congrats on the puppy, im also in my senior year of college living on the top floor of a 3 floor apartment so i can some what relate. I got my puppy whenever she was 6 weeks old due to some problems with the mom. They are great dogs, i lucked out by not having such a hyper puppy yet. My puppy is 9 and a half weeks old , she weighed about 14 lbs at 9 weeks. Is yours a mix? looks a little different from pure breeds?
