Hello Everyone! Going to be a Boxer mummy soon!

Hi there,
My name is Laura. I was raised with Boxers in Barbados, there was one in the house from the time I was born. When we moved to Canada in my teens we had to find new homes for our 2 white boxer girls Maggie and Lucy. It was heartbreaking to leave them behind. It has been just over 20 years and I am excited to say that I will soon be a boxer mummy again. We have had dogs all the time since, but not my beloved Boxer. So on March 1st I am getting my sweet little baby Olive. She is a fawn girl with a black mask. She is the smallest in her litter and we just love her. So that's what brings me here. I was so excited to see that there is a whole forum for Boxer people and expect to be here a lot. My current puppy Kaylie a smooth hair collie/shepherd cross is 12 years old and is an absolute doll, we adore her. That being said, we haven't had a puppy in the house for 12 years and I actually forgot a lot of stuff. I have been researching like crazy to prepare for Miss Olive. To say I am excited is an understatement.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

I think I am more excited about this than my kids!!! I also realize that in my excitement I forgot to mention that I am married with 3 kids. My oldest Cassie is 12, My son Aubrey is almost 8 and my baby Beatrice is 5. My husband's name is Chris.

Thanks so much everyone! I think I am more excited about this than my kids!!! I also realize that in my excitement I forgot to mention that I am married with 3 kids. My oldest Cassie is 12, My son Aubrey is almost 8 and my baby Beatrice is 5. My husband's name is Chris.

Welcome from a follow Canadian! Olive is adorable! I will be getting my first boxer puppy in a couple of months and I am so glad I found this forum. It's been a great source of information. It's really helped me prepare for bring pup home.
