Default Is this boxer purebreed?

We rescued a boxer girl earlier this year and she is the most affectionate dog I've ever known. Very sweet. One brown eye and one blue eye.

I was wondering if she was a pure boxer though? Snout looks a little long to me perhaps ?

Looks like there might be Boxer there but the eyes and snout don't look quite right even though Boxers can have various different length in snouts.

I was going to say the same. Looks more American bulldog to me than boxer.

The ears are set back farther on the head and the body shape looks more bulldog than boxer from what I see in that pic.

She was only 55lbs or so when we got her which was up from about 45 when she got rescued originally (Carolinaboxerrescue). Now around 65lbs and in much better health.

Thanks for the answers!

I would also lean towards american bulldog or part boxer. Most boxers show an under bite.

From AKC site... The Boxer bite is undershot, the lower jaw protruding beyond the upper and curving slightly upward.

I would say boxer or mostly boxer.

American bulldogs don't have the snout tip up at the end and they weigh a lot more. The females weigh at least 90, the males over 100.
