Having recently lost my wonderful senior Samson, I feel your loss *Puppies are rare finds thru rescue, but it happens...If you are looking for a breeder, first I highly recomend reading the topics in our breeding section as far as what to look for, what to ask etc..Here's a few links to get you started..I do agree, a reputable breeder will not allow you to take home a pup before 8 wks, it's actually the law in some states...10 wks or older is actually better, altho I did bring Flick home at 8 wks, my preference would have been to wait longer

Thanks for the reply. I always wondered if the age that we got our two puppies at was what influenced the level of

Thanks to everyone for great referrals. My wife Vicki and I have found a wonderful new pup to bring into our family!

We have found *some light at the end of the tunnel.

We are leaving in about an hour to make the 1000mi drive to go pick up our new boy. No dog will ever replace our poor Ootis but we are sure that this new little fella will be incredibly special in his own way.

We would also like to tank everyone for your supportive posts and PM

He is adorable!!! I am so very happy for you all...I agree, he won't replace Otis, but you know that Otis would want you to go on and show love to another Boxer..Believe me, they all are different, every single one, I think that is part of the joy of the breed....Congrats *
