There are plenty. I am just a bit concerned on *what* you are looking for. You are in Canada, and there are some great breeders on the US/Canada Border. Then there are some in Canada. You PM me about some breeders, but then say you are thinking of importing, but like Euro. Now you are looking for a UK.

What is it specifically you are looking for??? A boxer to standard, healthy that had an awesome temperment? A boxer with a particualr look or color? One that is available now?

I so want to help you find your perfect buddy from the right place, however when you are all over the board, its kinda hard ;)

Just curious, why are you looking for a UK Boxer, aren't you in Canada? There are plenty of reputable breeders there. The cost to import a GOOD pup would be huge..If you could be a bit more specific in what it is you are looking for, maybe we can help..You also need to keep in mind, finding a good pup does sometimes take time, it's not like going out to buy a pair of shoes, patience!!

Haha yea it may seem as if I am all over the place. But there is basically one little situation that is causing the confusion. Your right there are great breeders in Canada and like I told Heather I found a good one near by. The thing is that I am originally from Bermuda. I will be going back there in the Summer where Ideally I would like to bring up the puppy since I have a nice yard etc. Now one option was to get the dog from the breeder I met in Canada but when I go home for the summer to work my girlfriend would look after it which is not a problem. She also walks dogs as her job so thats good. So the other option is to have the puppy shipped to Bermuda where I will be for the summer where i can bring it up and train it. I can only do this with UK dogs because in bermuda there are import regulations and dogs under 10monts from the US and CAN cant come in unless there are 10months and have shots etc. So there basically are those two situations. Get the dog in Canada and spend a couple months with it and then back to Bermuda to work for a few months and then ill be back in Canada for a good 2 years before i go bac to bermuda to live for good. Now ideally i want to be with the dog the entire time so this is why im also looing at UK dogs. I could get the dog shipped to me in Bermuda where I could be weith it for the whole summer (may-oct) and then come back to canada with me for the next few years. Or i would get the dog in canada asap and spend time with it now and go back may but come back to canada in aug or something. couldnt be away from him for that long! :( thats the scoop. lol hope its understandable. just blabering now lol

If you get the puppy imported to Bermuda, what are the restrictions of bringing the pup back to Canada?

Re: UK Breeders

My suggestion, wait til you get back from Bermuda...Why put a young pup thru all that?

so yea looks like coming back is no problem. if i were to go the route of bermuda n back to canada the pup should be ook flying back is it would have been with me for the whole summer may-oct so should be ok flyuing back again.

Re: UK Breeders

There are a lot of restriction as far as pets flying, the main one is weather...Here in the states, depending on where you are, I believe it\'s no fly from April-Oct..Heat is a huge factor and you are talking about flying a pup to Bermuda? IMO, you would be doing a pup a huge disservice by subjecting them to that..It can be a very traumatic thing for a pup, even a full grown dog..My Buck went into shock after his overseas flight, you need to think about that

Re: UK Breeders

yup your right. i have def thought of that and have talked about it with others. The breeder I am talking to now says that her dogs fly all the time and have no problem with it. I know about the weather issue. Here its more about flying in the winter because it is too cold. Flying to Bermuda in the spring will be ok as its not that hot yet. but yea, im just doin a more searching just to figure out what is probably going to be the better decision as far as the right dogs available tha will fit into the right plan
