Exclamation I thought totw was an all life stage food am i wrong ??

As the title says I thought totw was an all life stage food but now they have a puppy formula I wanted to switch my 8 year old male to it and was thinking of just getting...
A all life stages food I can also feed my 9 week old puppy also is there any other good grain free all life stages food

Thanks Ben

I used it as an all stages. I have seen lately a specific "puppy" formula. Physically the kibble bits are smaller. There is reportedly 1% more fiber in the puppy formula as well as the additon of salmon oil. I did not have a problem with feeding TOTW, but others may. It just comes down to what your dog can handle. I've been using TOTW for Rowdy for 2 years now and he's a beautiful athletic boy. For other brands I usually get most of my info from Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble

I just wanted to make sure it would not be bad for my 8 and a half week old puppy I started him on wellness core puppy grain free and he hates it from what I understand they did not change the all life stages formula its just they don't market it at that anymore and now have a puppy formula...

So will I be okay feeding this to him I know my older boy will be okay because we use to feed it to him that's why I could of sworn I remember the bag said all life stages a few years back...
But when I went to look at it today now they have the puppy formula I would rather just have to do one dog food as it's easier and cheaper also

I would say you're ok to feed it to your puppy. With anything different boxers tolerate different types of food, differently. I never had any issues. I think the "puppy formula" is just them jumping in and offering a new product on the market.

My vet told me to stay on puppy food until at least 8 months. At 8 months their organs are done growing/developing.

I would say the biggest question is which formula. I have always been told by vets that for boxer puppies around 22%-28% is the target until they are 18-24 months and their growth plates close.
Wetlands formula has 34%
High Prairie 32%
Pacific Stream 25% (my formula of choice)
Sierra Mountain 25%

Puppy Formulas
High Prairie 28%
Pacific Stream 27%
