Do not you want to visit a vet in your area for a consultation? There many good vet clinics in very area https://areacodes.net/206. It is important to do it in time not to miss anything important. As everybody says that can be just a natural process. But if you doubt it, it is better to recheck. I had a similar situation with my wiener dog when I missed a serious problem in its childhood. Good luck, hope everything will turn out well.
