OMG! Ranger had the SAME symptoms last week. We took him to the e-vet last Sunday. He was lethargic, warm, had wet his creat A LOT during the night. He wouldn't move, eat or drink.

They took x-rays, no blockage that they could see. He had a fever and high white blood cell count. She said his abdomen would tense when she would squeeze. She said that could be either from her squeezing or him reacting to it. They saw nothing on the xrays so they treated it as a symptomatic infection. He is on his last day of antibiotics and 100 % better.

I am sending healing vibes for Tux.

Allie got hookworms. She would respond to me, but vomited and would move. Couldnt' even keep water down. She spent a night at the vet getting abx and IVs. It was scary. I believe her stomach was tense too. She had diarrhea as well. I was scared to death she had parvo even though she had gotten all her shots.

I hope everything is going to be ok - keep us posted.
