I don't think it's yeast, as I imagine that would've been caught on the swab tested by the vet?

Last night I put some liquid bandage on his ears, as well as Zymox, then he immediately started shacking his head, and I noticed blood again...
I bought some big band-aids, so I folded one on his ear to retain the blood and protect the area. It stuck pretty good, so he's got that on, which I hope will prevent the scratching/shaking head to open the wound again before it heals.
He looks funny, but oh well.... hope that takes care of it. =/
