Geneva, Illinois. About 30 minutes West of Chicago. I actually grew up in the city and moved out here when I was about 17. Can't say that I miss Chicago all that much. The 'burbs are so much quieter and cleaner! But actually.. I do miss some things. Like being close to the sports teams and the fact that there was always something going on and it wasn't 15 minutes away! In the suburbs you are about 15 - 20 minutes away from EVERYTHING!
But... if I still lived in the city I would not have Dakota.. so.... |

My wife, I and our Boxer Banks all live in Chicago near Wrigley Field. Our guy is a little over 5 months old and loves playing with other dogs. Best part of Chicago is so many dog friendly parks to bring him to.
The best one is Wiggly Field on the corner of Sheffield/Diversey/Lincoln avenues. Anyone else from the area? |

Oh my goodness what a cute puppy! My boyfriend and I live in the city in West Town and we go to this thing called puppy party at Windy City Best Friends, it's put on by Lisa Collins, (Collins Canine - Chicago Dog Classes) it's free every Sunday night, just bring proof of shots. It's a great safe way to make them tired and social! Merckx is the older ambassador of new dogs, so I'm sure he'd show Banks around the party. I've never been to Wiggly Field, sounds cute.
