Default How many feedings a day on raw???

This is the one question that I can not find for the life of me axle will be getting about 2 pounds a day is it okay to feed 3 times a day he is 15 weeks exactly...

And last time I weighed him was about 5 days ago and he was 25 pounds maybe a little more now is it better to do 2 feedings or 3...

Just started raw today after about a 15 hourish fast

Oh yes, three times a day is probably best for a puppy. What I do is I give her the whole piece (leg quarter) plus her beef (because she is at that stage) and her liver all together for her first meal. I watch her eat and she only eats what she wants (which is usually just the beef and liver) and I let it sit for about 10min, if she doesn't go back to it, I put it in a ziplock bag and stick it in the fridge. I then offer it at lunch time. She eats what she wants and I stick the rest in a zip lock. Then in offer it a supper time, she eats what she wants and then (if there is any left) I put it away and give it to her again at around 9pm. Some days it takes many (5+) offers, other days just 3.

By the way, since yours is a puppy, Kari gave me this advice for transitioning puppies.

Until ZIGGY was 6 months, I fed him 3 times a day. I divided the daily amount by 3, weighed each meal (I still weigh them) to ensure he was getting enough. On the few occasions he didn't eat it all, I adjusted the remaining meals. It is slightly more time consuming, but, it worked for US!

Three times a day until at least 5 myths of age...6 months is better.

I agree... Three meals a day until at least 5-6 months old.
