Default Sweet Potato treats

Sweet Potatoes I dry them in the oven. Slice, put a bit of olive oil on and dry in the oven, until dry but not hard. A bit pliable.

I bake them at about 280 or so. I guess they are done in about a half hour. Every time is different depends on the thickness of the slice. Just watch them. You don't want them crispy. I like them a bit soft. Look at them in about 15 mins and turn them over. You can add salt and spice and make them for people to.

That sounds like a great recipe. They sell dehydrators at Walmart for like 30.00. I love mine. I have to try the sweet potatoes. What else do you dehydrate?
