Smile Recipies for dog treats

I love to bake in the kitchen and I am looking for some good edible recipes for the dogs. They aren't allergic to anything and I have been looking up recipes online, but am coming her to see if anyone can offer any advice or recipes. Anything with peanut butter is welcome because they loves it.

Thanks in advance

Also, these muffins are awesome..I make the large ones and they make great birthday cakes

Flea Nibblers

Healthy muffins packed with the flavors dogs love. They will think they are eating people food.

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 35 mins

Temperature: 350 F

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey
2 3/4 cups water
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
4 cups whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together honey, water, applesauce, vanilla and egg.
In a separate bowl, mix peanuts, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir, mixing well.
Spoon into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 35 minutes.

Store in a sealed container.

Makes 16 festive holidog muffins
