Our trailor caught on fire while noone was home.We were told the dogs were barking 5-10 mintues before the flames started. No one could get to the dogs soon enough.A man broke down our door and got on his hands and knees trying to get to the dogs but could find them.He inhaled so much smoke that he had breathing treatments for an hour.Rocky & Cheyenne were found in the back bed room.We kept star by the front door where the fire started.I heard Rocky & Cheyenne look perfectly normal but Star is pretty much bones. It will never be the same without my fur babies.
I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to you and your family during this difficult time. There are no words to describe how sorry I am to hear that this has happened.
I'll be lighting a candle this evening for your three angels.
That is so sad. I am so sorry. I can't even imagine what you are going through right now. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Run free sweet babies......
Oh my god, that is beyond horrible. I am so sorry to hear that. The tears are still rolling down my face. Be strong, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Your babies will be greatly missed, may you find comfort in the treasured memories of the good times you have spent together.
I am soo sorry for your loss. My eyes tear up everytime I think of you! Even though you miss them and it tears at your heart, know that they are now romping with their other boxer buddies in Boxer heaven. We are thinking of you and wishing that this tragedy never had happened!
Thank you to everyone for everything. We had the dogs cremated at the Humane Society. We couldnt burry them because the ground is froze. We don`t plan on getting another dog for awhile. Were going to wait until we get a house and get settled in before doing so.We might get another boxer but don`t know.No other animal could ever replace my babies.
Just wanted to wish you luck with finding a new home and getting settled. Please don't be a stranger around here. We are all here for you, and would love it if you stick around. Again, good luck to you and your family.
We talked to the lady we got Rocky from. She said she is going to be having one last litter of pups from rockys mom and dad.I talked it over with Brandon and he said the only way he would want another boxer is getting it from rocks parents. She said her female would be going into heat in Sept. so were going to get a pup out of her litter. It`s not to replace rocky, star,or cheyenne in anyway but its kinda to still have a peice of him around because you cant get any closer to them being related than that.
What a great idea. No boxer could ever replace the one you had but they may fill the void you are feeling with them gone. They can bring healing to your heart and smile to your face. Please keep us posted on your progress. We are all concerned for you and your family. Stop by and chat anytime you can!
