Honey... I think we may wish to refer to Odin's origins as having come from a "Hobby Breeder"... I think folks get confused when we say we got him from a "backyard breeder", simply because his parents happened to have a backyard!

Per your own article:

They usually have no understanding of or concern about the breed standard, genetics, socializing the dogs, and maintaining their health. Don't confuse them with "hobby breeders,"  who breed small numbers of dogs and care for their dogs well.

I do believe Odin's breeders would fall into the "Hobby Breeder" category!
