That is the illusion collar by Cesar Millan the dog whisperer.  It keeps the nylon loop around the bottom of the ears and jaw.  It looks like it might hurt them but my two dont pull with it on.  Once put on they walk perfectly and havent pulled on it to even attempt to choke themselves with it.

Also if you notice in my advatar there are only two boxers.  Ramsey we do not have any more he now lives with my wifes boss.  He is about 24weeks old docked tail, show cropped ears, and no duclaws.  He also has vision, hearing, and neck issues.  His neck tilts which was caused by him being sat on by the mother (before I rescued him).  He was the runt.  But he acts completely normal and would never know by the way he acts and moves.

That looks like the Ceasar Millan collar he designed? If so, how does it work? To me it would seem to work very well and also not be hard on their neck.

Ramsey is perfectly fine except for his handicaps.  He currently lives with my wife's boss.

We are still in the process of getting them use to the collars.  but i see a substantial difference in how they walk seperately.  I have one and my wife walks the other.  If I try both then all chaos breaks loose.
