I have a 6month old boxer who has accidents from time to time in the house. This wouldn't be so out of the ordinary for a puppy except for the fact that when he goes in the house its always in a long trail, as if he can no longer hold it, or doesn't have the ability to stop.
I've trained him to let me know when he needs to go (He barks and jumps up and down when he needs to poo) and even answers with a bark when I ask if he needs to go out. However it seems like he needs to go out and pee an awful lot (4-8 times a day) and if I'm not asking every hour or two he makes an accident.
Are urinary problems a possible reason for these accidents? He is a puppy after all, but I hate to be scolding him for something he can't control.
