Hello, I have a 14month gorgeous female boxer.  I usually leaver her in my balcony when I'm off to work, but in the passed 3 months she has broken my screen and ran off about 3 times.  I put chicken wire, she broke that too and ran off 2 times. Luckily I have great neighbors, and she's know as the Fendi the Menace of the neighborhood. I'm thinking about leaving her inside my apt. , but I'm scared of what I might find when I get home.
Any advice or tips on how to start leaving her inside will be greatly appreciated...
thanks... nEED HELP>>

I would try to leave her in your apartment for small amounts of time to see if you can trust her...like run to the grocery store and back and see how she does. If she can't be trusted, I'd say crate her. If she keeps breaking out, she risks getting hurt.

we have the second biggest kennel in my home but that is becaue it houses both our girls. i forget the deminsions on it. as long as they can stand up without hitting her head, and she has enough room layout that is all she needs. If possible take her with you when you buy one so that hopefully an employee can help you better to fit the kennel size to your need

As she is basically full grown, I would get a large crate. That allows plenty of room for her to lay down.Crating is much safer, especially if you don't know how she would react if left alone inside....

i think a large size crate will be more than enough room. sumya is  50lbs. and still growing, and her crate is plenty big.try something that size. it might also be good ( if you can) to have someone come give her a walk and some playtime if you are gone all day.it will relieve  some energy.keep us posted, curious to see how it goes. :D

I would for the dogs own safety keep her inside.  Boxers are inside dogs and who knows what can trigger her to break out.  No only is keeping her outside risking her to get hurt from busting out, what happens the day she does not come back!

I would geta large crate and keep her inside in it while you are gone.  Its not only safe for the house, but for her as well.

GOod Luck!
