The harness thing that Caillou showed is called an anti-pull harness. I used one with my Rocky with great success. The choke chain collar did not work for Rocky, but the anti-pull harness was wonderful! Rocky was half rott, half weimar and weighed 120 pounds and was the strongest dog I've ever met. But he was a complete gentleman with that anti-pull harness.
