My family and I were discussing some of the funny things our Boxer Cuda did.    We were curious how unique she was or if most Boxers were the same way.  


1.   Sleep upside down with her upper lips hanging over her eyes

2.   Sleep with tougue hanging out to the point it dries out like a piece of beef jerky

3.   Loves playing with ANY kind of ball

4.   Loves swimming

5.   Rides on the 4 wheeler

6.   Rides on the Sea Doo

7.   Has to sleep on the foot of our bed EVERYNIGHT......no exceptions

8.   loves kids and other animals

9.   Worships Peanut butter

10.  has to go with us in our vehicle where ever we go

11.  rests chin on our leg while we are eating supper,  begging for somthing

12.  loves baths

13.  loves playing tug


I could go on forever.    I am curious how many of your fur babies are into the same things and also would like to hear about somethings  that are maybe unique to yours.

I can ask Cuda if she is "dirty" and she will go in the bathroom and jump in the tub.     Did it tonight and she loves her baths.    Then we have to wrestle and play tug with the towel for 30 minutes.   That is followed by running hot laps thru the house.

I just got reminded of this one.    Cuda will do 10 circles before laying down.    She has to get the covers just right underneath her.

Loves Ice Cream from any fast food joint.


Can lick her own smart bump!    Her tongue is super long!

7.   Has to sleep on the foot of our bed EVERYNIGHT......no exceptions YES! We have tried everything up to an including giving her one of our nice fluffy expensive blankets folded up next to our bed and she turned her nose up to it.

8.   loves kids and other animals Yes kids but she wants to "play" with the cat.. to which extent im not sure yet but rest assured my cat has all four sets of her claws

9.   Worships Peanut butter Almost, we just introduced her to it

10.  has to go with us in our vehicle where ever we go Yes, to the point where if I tell her we are going bye bye she wont even let me take her potty before she runs full speed to the jeep

11.  rests chin on our leg while we are eating supper,  begging for somthing No, daddy pretty much has her broke of begging... Which is a good thing

12.  loves baths Uhm its a love hate thing. Loves it when daddy does it but not so much for me

Cuda will chase and bite at the tires if I start the 4 wheeler and don't instantly let her in the back.    Sometimes at my shop she will get in the back of the 4 wheeler and sleep just in case I might start it........haha.  


Thank you God for these wonderful animals.    There hasn't been a day go by in two years that Cuda' has not made me laugh and made my day better.

4.   Loves swimming  Charlie hates water, Sadie loves it

5.   Rides on the 4 wheeler  Both like to run on leashes beside it

6.   Rides on the Sea Doo  Don't have a seadoo, Sadie would like it, Charlie would be scared to death

7.   Has to sleep on the foot of our bed EVERYNIGHT......no exceptions  They love to sleep in the bed, but me and wife are both a bit large, we have a queen size bed and about 130-140lbs. of dog, they don't get to sleep in the bed alot!

10.  has to go with us in our vehicle where ever we go  Both love car rides, you can't even say ride without Charlie running to the door

Harley does all of the above, except the peanut butter thing. Haven't tried that yet! When I read that list, I thought you were talking about harley!lol! Especially when he sleeps on his back! That is hilarious!!! And SNORES!!!

13.  loves playing tug - yes with other dogs

Plus:

14.  she loves to bean in the morning when we get up, when I come home for lunch, at night, if she is excited.
