Ok so sometimes when Carter eats he will start to throw up...It will be the food he just ate but it wont be chewed up it will still be like it just came out the bag...Is there anyway to get him to chew his food? Does anyone one else have this problem?

If you put thing in their like carrots it will slow down his eating as he eats around them (assuming he doesn't care for carrots).  Someone else on this forum was talking about a dog who shared its food bowl with a ball so that it had to push the ball around to each side to get to its food!

Yes, you can put something in the food bowl so he has to eat around it.  That seems to slow them down.  Also, you could spread the food out on a cookie sheet, that makes it harder to gulp so much at once.  A raised feeder helps too.  I mean, can you imagine swallowing upside down?   And wetting the food helps.  We've found the combo of a slightly raised food bowl and wet kibble to work best for us.

Son and hubby made this one.

How's Carter doing?  Getting big? :)
