[My_Harleigh]

I am in complete awe how fast Harleigh potty trained. Those who don't know (as I am still new to this forum) I got Harleigh at 14 weeks and I was her third owner.  Just shy of having her 2 weeks she was completely potty trained using a bell at the door. She is perfect! Anyways I wanted to share a few pics of her playing outside this weekend. I have been told the first one she looks like she is underwater...but really she is playing outside in the Michigan snow having a BLAST! I swear she is part cat the way she pounces through it.

I noticed that Harleigh seems to be a more laid back Boxer. Do they tend to be more tuckered out puppies and then liven up later in life? I mean she can play hard but she likes to lounge around more than anything.

i think the big misconception about boxers is that they are overly energetic ALL the time...my two will play for maybe 2 hrs a day and run run run those times...but they sleep soooo much!!! It's just about getting the right amount of exercise and from what it looks like...she sure gets that!!

Love the pics, looked at them first before reading your post and could have sworn the first was underwater!!! cool shots!!  Frankie goes nuts when she's playing but she sleeps a lot too, she is pretty much all or nothing, which plenty of boxers seem to be, so I wouldn't be too worried about the amount Harley sleeps, its totally normal.  Shes gorgeous BTW

Odin wasn't 'crazy' till he hit about 18wks or so. We were surprised thinking how mellow he was, being a puppy and a boxer he's suppose to go crazy and be all over the place. He did get to that point but like I said it wasn't right away. He's so awesome!

I love those pictures!  I can't believe the underwater one.  Oscar hates the water.  He's a very mellow puppy too.  Jetta was a hellion puppy and now a mellow adult.

Awwww, that last pic just made me melt...That first one, wow, really does look like Harleigh is underwater, that is really cool....I have to agree with what was said, Boxers seem to be "all or nothing"..Angel plays really hard, Samson obviously not, never has actually, very laid back....But then Angel will crash like she's sleep deprived, I prefer to think of it as recharging those Boxer batteries
