Hair Loss

I'm a newbie to the forum.  I searched previous posts about hair loss, but could not find a match to my issue.  I have a 10 month female spayed boxer.  I noticed 3 weeks ago that she started losing hair behind her ears on both sides.  Now it's slowly inching down the upper side of her neck.  I heard of seasonal flank, but not sure if this is the case.  I got her in August when she was 3 months old, and never had an issue with her hair.  Her coat is always healthy and shiny.  She does not have any other bald spots or patches on her body.

Do boxers go through this?  Has anyone ever had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

I attached a link that shows the problem.

Any advice is appreciated!

No itching, no scratching.  I checked the skin and it's perfect.  There's not a mark on it.

Since I got her, she was on Canine Caviar (holistic food) puppy dry food.  I tried switching her to Wellness, and canadae, but her stomach did not agree to either one.  Canine Caviar is the only dry food that actually works well for her, makes her coat shiny, and her teeth pearly white.  I sometimes mix cottage cheese with apples, and or plain oat meal with the dry food. About a month and half ago, she has switched from Canine Caviar puppy, to the Adult Formula.  No issues with her stomach, and she's been ok since.  I going to take her to the Vet soon if her hair doesn't grow back.  I wonder if it's just her??

They are too cute!  Ok, so my baby is not the only one who has this issue.  She's due for a vet visit soon, I will ask my vet for advice.  I was starting to think all horrible thoughts as to why she was losing hair.  Lack of better judgement, I purchased my Isis from a pet store.  That day, I had lost my beloved Budda (St. Bernard) of 12 years.  I came home and the house was just so empty.  The pet store was the first thing I could think of, and although Pet stores is usually not the way to go, it was a mixed blessing.  I got her :)
