Hair Loss

I'm a newbie to the forum. I searched previous posts about hair loss, but could not find a match to my issue. I have a 10 month female spayed boxer. I noticed 3 weeks ago that she started losing hair behind her ears on both sides. Now it's slowly inching down the upper side of her neck. I heard of seasonal flank, but not sure if this is the case. I got her in August when she was 3 months old, and never had an issue with her hair. Her coat is always healthy and shiny. She does not have any other bald spots or patches on her body.

Do boxers go through this? Has anyone ever had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

When i was feeding Kiah Canidae, she lost hair behind her ears and on her chest. Its grown back some when on a different food but has never fully grown back in. I understand that it may take up to 2 years for it to fully grow back if it does at all.

Here is a picture of what she looked like; tried to get a picture today but with two dogs and just me it didn't work out too well.
