Hello! My name is Lisa. I am currently living in Japan, but will be back in SoCal hopefully by the end of March for good! As soon as we are back, my husband and I really want to offer a great home for a loving Boxer! Just wanted to introduce myself and say that I look forward to the day that I can be a boxer mommy!

Have a great weekend!

Lisa

p.s. a little about myself, I currently own 2 spoiled yorkies and I have 2 beautiful daughters! I love my babies! :D

Welcome! well i must say you will be making a brilliant decision picking a boxer (im not biased or anything, lol!) our pup is only 17weeks old we had wanted one for ages, he is so much more than we expected we love him to bits cant imagine not having him. He makes us laugh everyday jumping around kidney-beaning when you come home from work you cant help but smile at that!! brilliant addition to the family! :D

Hello from NC!  When you get ready for your Boxer you should check into some rescue groups.  There are so many that need forever homes.  You will find a ton of great info and inspiration on this forum.

First off THANK YOU ALL for the great welcome!!!  I have been reading through the site and LOVE it! I am on 2 yorkie forums and oh my, what a HUGE help they have been there for my yorkie specific questions! I am so looking forward to having this site as a treasure trove for when I am finally able to bring my special big baby home!

Oh most definitely! I keep looking at all the boxer rescues in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego and the San Bernardino areas. SO many beautiful, beautiful dogs that need a home of their own (or in this case share with some other furry critters). I also browse the animal shelter websites close to my area, and wow. I am  so saddened at not only the Boxers, yorkies, and pitts in there, but ALL of the animals in general :( SO sad to me. I really want another big lap dog. We just recently lost our Golden retriever who would sneak his way up into your lap a little at a time. Gosh he is so missed here.   I know no other dog will take his place, but, I def. miss having a big baby around (aside from my hubby hehee JK JK).
