Help me name my dog!

We've been thinking renaming our pup, too.  7month old male and, sorry Aquagirl but his name is currently Buster.  He makes a great Buster now, but don't think it'd fit him when he's older.  Already seems like he'll outgrow it.  As for changing a dogs name, it's done all the time with greyhounds, sometimes up to 5 or 6 years old.  You simply call the dog with both names for a while and then drop the unwanted name.  My boy doesn't really respond too well to "Buster" so thinking it won't be much of a problem for him to learn not to respond to a new name.  Thinking of Cooper.

Started calling "Buster" by his new name "Cooper" last night.  He actually listens to the new name better now!  Seems to ignore "Buster" already.  I think it's going to be tougher training myself to stick with the new name.
