Thanks for the welcome! She really is cute. She is so small it seems from what I'm seeing in the pic section of the other pups around the same age. I am having a little issue with her weight - she seems so skinny suddenly (like in the two days we've had her!) so we'll talk to the vet tomorrow. Maybe she is just dainty, we'll see :)

Ahhh poor baby, maybe she is just a little upset from leaving the litter and her fur mummy, in no time she will be huge. . .. lol. . ..and your wonder where the little puppy went to.

Zulu almost grew over night, in stages though, he was leggy with a small body and then the rest kinda grew in to proportion, he was quite ribby aswell. Not no more though, 92lbs of solid Boxer boy (dont worry, he is just big, i doubt very much your girl will go to that, prob only half that!!     )

92 lbs! WOW!

I think she will definitely be on the small side for a boxer. Her parents aren't huge and we are thinking she will be around 50-55 lbs at the most but that's just our guess.

We have a 5 year old pomeranian so anything bigger than 12 lbs seems big to me!

I also am not used to short haired breeds and am learning about how they deal with temperatures. Lucy shakes a lot outside and I can't tell if it's the breeze or nerves. I do think her nerves are a factor in her weight. I hope we can put a little meat on her bones soon.

You'll have to post an album in the gallery of both your doggies, my two maltese poddles are on there too, so your pom is welcome to get some air time too. . . .we even have a section for your other pets

Would love to see more pics of your Boxer and pom :D  We love pics on BF :D

I wouldn't worry about her appearing a little skinny... puppies grow fast & the Boxer is a lean breed to begin with. It's normal once they're full grown to see the last few ribs. :)

Awww, look at that cutie patootie :) Welcome to the forum...Tons of great advice and always feel free to ask questions, ther eare no stupid questions...It's not uncommon for pups to go "off the feed" for a few days when they come home..Flick did for about 3 days, but he quickly got into the swing of things :)
