Wipe it with Oxy pads (the human acne pads). If its a zits, it should help get rid of it and keep pthers from recurring. If not then yo may need to make a trip to the vet.

Maybe a mosquito? or flea? Are they on a treatment? Are mosquitos bad where you're at?

Something else you can do is spray a solution of Nepetalactone Type Catnip Oil on your dog (avoid the eyes) and carefully wipe it on her ears and face.
Catnip oil is scientificall yproven to be a better insect repellant than DEET (10 x's better)

The mosquitos are terrible here in East TN. When you take into account very mild winters along with alot of mountains/woods you get tons of mosquitos. I'd say in the last 3 or 4 years I bet we haven't had a total of more than 4 or 5 inches of snow and mild winters.
