Wipe it with Oxy pads (the human acne pads).  If its a zits, it should help get rid of it and keep pthers from recurring.  If not then yo may need to make a trip to the vet.

Maybe a mosquito? or flea?  Are they on a treatment?  Are mosquitos bad where you're at?

Something else you can do is spray a solution of Nepetalactone Type Catnip Oil on your dog (avoid the eyes) and carefully wipe it on her ears and face.

Catnip oil is scientificall yproven to be a better insect repellant than DEET (10 x's better)
