Gisselle got out of the back yard today and I havent been able to find her :cry:
We had the cable guy come here to fix it and he was in the back yard, when he left he didnt shut the gate. We have a sign posted on it saying PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GATE IS CLOSED, because the kids and their friends would forget to close it.
She has her collar and tags on,but she hasnt been chiped :cry:
I really hope she comes home or some one finds her, I am parying that nothing happens to her,
I made up flyers and posted them every where even the next town over

The kids are very upset, I am besides myself and DH has been looking for her since he got off work( I looked from this morning until 130) I called the 2 nearest shelters to tell them so they took all my info.

Jessica, I am so very sorry to hear that...Why is it people cannot read a simple sign? Keeping fingers, toes and paws crossed that Gisselle finds her way home...

Our local boxer rescue lost a dog during transport and I thought they had some pretty good ideas while trying to find her. Contact any transportation services near you, bus service, cab drivers, DPW and in your case especially the cable co whose worker let her out!! These people cover hundreds of miles daily in a local area and are apt to see a loose dog. Provide pics to them and emergency phone numbers. It worked for them, fingers crossed it can help you. oh no im so sorry!!!  Shaun lost jessie a couple of months ago, and i sat on my corner in my bath robe half naked screaming her name at 2am... She found me... So its not impossible!

thought i would let you all know that we still haven't found her :cry:
i called the vets, the shelters, my husband is going to deal with the cable co.
I posted an ad on craigslist and pet finder.
we went neighbor to neighbor,alot of people saw her but didnt realize she was ours,they didn't think anything of a dog running around because we have a loy of idiots that let their dogs run loose :x

OMG, I would be unable to type I'd be sobbing so hard.  I thank God that neither of my two are runners and they are content looking around in our yard and at the i'm guessing 3 acre park next door.  I hope you guys are woken up at 2 in the morning to a barking, begging, whining little girl wanting so food!
