Fri 4-18 i helped my best friend become pain free. wish i could say the same ( cant stop crying )at 3yrs the doc removed a mast cell and she recovered great with another 3.5 yrs until middle of this  Feb when she started leaking while she slept , yup kidney problems , but other than that she was healthy and happy , on March 5 she was diogonised with lymphoma , we decieded that chemo was not good for her with kidney problems . so we had 6 wonderful weeks togher , on thur nite things were not good . the eating stoped the drinking stoped , she was letting me know .On friday 4-18 i let her go,, this was the hardist decison i have ever made . but i gave her life back
i love you girl , enjoy fishing with grampa till i get there

I am sorry for  your loss.. I still remember when we put my dog Yeller down... I got him when he was 6mo old and put him down 11yrs later...

what a wonderful parent you were to let her end her suffering.  my heart breaks for your loss

So sorry about Kiara...
Im sure she loves everything you did for her ... even this most difficult decision.
She's doing the boxer burn at the Bridge.

What a tragedy....I am so very sorry for your loss...Kiara was taken away too early, but now she is pain free and running with all her buddies at the Bridge.....Reat in peace sweetheart, you will be greatly missed

We are so sorry about your loss of Kiara.  It was so caring that you listened to all the signs she sent you and let her go on.  I have been there before and I feel your sadness with you.  Welcome to our wonderful forum also.

I dear. I am so, so sorry for your loss. You did the  best and bravest thing you possibly could have. Kiara is now wiggling, and pain free. Think of her running in the sun...
